7. Limitation of Liability
Bitbytesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
